Lee A. Henderson, Ph.D., President & CEO. Prior to Vybion, he was the Director of Molecular Virology at the Guthrie Research Foundation, a faculty member in Pathology, Micro & Immunology at Tulane Medical School, and the Department of Microbiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Dallas where he was also a fellow of the Cancer Research Institute. He has also served on the NIH AIDS Drug Development Advisory Board had an active research program on HIV AIDS glycoprotein mediated virus entry and immune suppression. He developed one of the earliest monoclonal antibodies for IND approved treatment of Squamous Cell Carcinoma in a human patient in 1987. Dr. Henderson serves on several Cornell University Advisory Boards.

John D. Noti, Ph.D., Director of Research and Development joined Vybion in 2005 from the Guthrie Research Institute where he had been Associate Director of Basic Research and Director of the Lab of Molecular Biology since 1990. Prior to that, Dr. Noti was a scientist at Triton Biosciences and a postdoctoral fellow at the Boyce Thompson Research Institute at Cornell University. Dr. Noti's research area is the regulation of gene expression, including the role of transcriptional regulatory genes and proteins in Leukocyte integrin gene expression during myeloid development, breast cancer integrin regulation in metastasis and the regulation of a unique muscarinic receptor involved in pain transmission. Dr. Noti has served on numerous manuscript and grant review boards.

Frank Lee, Ph.D., Director of BioPharma Services. Previously, Frank was an Associate Investigator with the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research and served as the GMP Operations Manager for the Cornell University/Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research Partnership at Cornell University. Frank directed the process development and manufacture of recombinant proteins for clinical trials including a P. pastoris-derived scFv molecule for colon cancer and E. coli-derived cancer-testis antigens. Prior experience includes mammalian expression vector development adenovirus replication and defective viral particles and lipooligosaccharide biosynthesis genes of pathogenic Neisseria sp.

Rick Hendrick, Controller and Finance Director has filled various financial management roles at US Steel, Baker Hughes, MMI Products and Hardinge, Inc. in addition to serving as a transitional CFO for a number of start up companies. His experience includes, financial forecasting, due diligence, M&A, private financings, risk management, SEC reporting and with a broad range of management and reporting responsibilities.

George T. Schneider, Treasurer and Interim Chief Financial Officer, has 35 years of experience in executive positions with public and private companies and currently is a lecturer in entrepreneurship at the Johnson Graduate School of Business, Cornell University.
